I purchased this product in July last year but only unpacked and started using it 3 months ago. I had a few issues about stability of power supply with machine but managed to resolve. I had been sold the latest technology of beauty equipment called the latestSHR laser hair removal. Model name 'VE2020 portable. While liasoning with sales consultant i was told pope of ill shr was max 30j/cm2. However i find to my disappointment that that is not the .case.
Machine can only reach 15j/cm2 for shr hair removal. I find results are slower and treatment longer as i have to double shots to effectively destroy hair. This makes cost and time go up. I would like a refund ofor this machine,
I feel that i was deceived into buying this machine when company knew i was looking for high energy machine. They

I bought from Adss this year and they have not delivered the product, this company is [censored]. They came back to me after the product got sent back by customs and ask for 30 to 50 percent more of money to try again. Run from this company unless you want to through your money away.
I bot adss HIFU machine that is a bad quality and stop working after used 2 times. No results and after sale service is bad. No refund, I got money back from my bank. Don't buy anything from this company. Other wise you will lost your money.
I had the same problem as you, only used a few times and then stop working. they did not want to respond to this and push me. very bad service, I did not get my money back yet, and still in the process.
