I ordered this product and received it 30 days ago. It is a subscription so be aware. The product does not work. I thought I would get an email in advance of a second order. I decided that when the mail came, I would cancel the product. No email came and I was not aware that a second shipment was on its way. The product costs I excess of $200. I did not recognize the sender so I opened the box I didn’t open the product. Calling these people was like talking to a rock. All I got was “it’s a subscription and you get it automatically, we cannot accept it because you opened the box, sorry.” Again, I was not warned that this expensive product was on it’s way. watch these people like a hawk and cancel immediately if the product does not work. It won’t.
Desired outcome: A refund.
