Bearskin Tactical review: Hoodie customer service

I ordered 2 bearskin tactical hoodies for Christmas presents. They both arrived on 12/26/2023. I was not worried about the lateness of the delivery, however, one hoodie was too large. I contacted the company on 12/27/2023, 1/2/2024 and 1/5/2024. Their return policy is very specific and I need them to send me the return information for a full refund. They responded to my contact on 1/2/2024 with no return information, only that customer service would contact me. There has been no contact to date from customer service. These are expensive hoodies.
