As indicated on the complaint board, they have terrible customer service.
I have called and left four calls and emails and I am still awaiting for a reply. No one calls back, nor does anyone reply to my emails.
On November 29th, 2024, I ordered the Baerskin 3-in-1 black hoodie 4.0 and matching black rain Jacket. I wanted the hoodie and rain jacket to be black.
When I ordered, I made a mistake and selected two hoodies -but I sent a change request -
My change request was not honored, and they sent me two black hoodies.
I want to correct the shipment, so I end up with a black hoodie and a black raincoat
