I have American Home Shield and opened a claim for my AC in the beginning of February. They assigned Beaches AC and Heating and when they came asked me for 800.00 without checking the unit. Immediately, I requested another diagnosis and when the second company came they told me that they can not do anything since Beaches AC left the valves opened for Freon to be gone and they can replace it faster. Then AHS assigned me Beaches AC again. I paid them US800 for the Freon, they put it on, left and within a week same situation at home (hot and humid) having a newborn Babyboy at home and my mom. Since then, they came back put some more Freon without checking the unit. March 16th came back and for first time check the unit and told me that the air handler has couple of leaks. The Job was authorized by AHS but Beaches Ac and Heating do not answer emails, phone calls or anything neither from me or American Home Shield. They left me waiting at home for appointments March 22nd and 24th. No answers yet.

Need help! AHS can not give me another contractor because I already paid them 800.00. Need to know what to do. Google Beaches AC and all bad comments confirm that they take money for Freon and never allows no-one get in touch with them. What can I do in order for me to have my AC fixed. I am paying AHS and paid Beaches AC 800 and still dealing with same issue.
