I've gotta say, I bought a battery from Battery-vendor (battery-vendor.com) and it only lasted me two months. Can you believe it? I was so disappointed. And when I contacted them about it, they said they would take it back but would only give me 50% of the value in return. I mean, seriously? That's not very understanding of them, now is it?

What really irked me is that, according to their return policy, they can charge you up to 25% for re-stocking, but they didn't even mention that to me. So I guess they lied about that, too. Honestly, I don't think it's worth buying from Battery-vendor if this is their idea of customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I read some reviews and I got a lil bit worried, but my order from Battery-vendor came through. It took about 10 days to get to me, which seemed like a pretty good time to wait. It wasn't until later that I found out this company is based overseas. I just thought they were here in the states.

Anyway, the most important thing is that I got what I paid for and everything seems to be working fine. So I'm pretty happy about that. I guess it's worth reminding people to be aware of where they're ordering from, especially if you have a deadline or something you're working towards. But yeah, Battery-vendor is legit in my experience.

i picked up a battery for my lappy off battery-vendor.com. when i got it, it was busted. they told me to ship it back and they'd give me my money back. i sent it back over a month ago and haven't heard a peep from them. don't waste your dough with these goons, they're a total sham.

The other person who wrote a review before me was right; these people are the scammers of the decade. I am left with no hope of ever getting my money back or even the charger. I have been trying to reach out to them for a month, and there has been no response. It is like they have vanished into thin air.

If you are planning to get a battery charger or any other electronic gadget, please stay away from Battery-vendor.com. These people cannot be trusted. I would not want anyone else to go through what I went through, so I implore you to steer clear of them.

The worst part of it all is that I was looking forward to receiving my charger and using it to charge my phone and other gadgets. However, nothing of that sort happened. I am hugely disappointed, and I would not recommend these guys to anyone, not even to my enemies. I hope that someday soon, they will face the justice they so rightfully deserve.

I gotta say, I had a good enough experience with battery-vendor.com. I mean, I didn't have any problems getting what I ordered, so that's gotta be a good thing. Battery-vendor.com is a company I would not recommend to anyone. Their service was terrible and they proved to be dishonest in their practices. First of all, they provided me with an incorrect return address, which ended up being in China instead of the original US address. This led to me incurring extra costs for shipping and possibly customs fees. It did not make sense for me to go through the hassle of returning the item since the costs would have been too high.

The customer service at battery-vendor.com is not responsive at all. They only responded to my inquiries after I reported them to PayPal. This is unacceptable and shows that they do not value their customers. Also, they did not provide any documentation for the purchase I made. No invoice, no papers, nothing at all except for the parts themselves.

Overall, my experience with battery-vendor.com was a nightmare. I regret buying from them and would advise anyone considering them to be cautious and research other options before making a purchase. I would rate them a 1 out of 10 and would not recommend them at all.

I was looking for a power supply for my bluetooth speaker and I stumbled upon battery-vendor.com. I was thrilled to see that they had the exact item that I was looking for and immediately placed an order. However, my joy was short-lived as when it arrived, I discovered that the power supply did not fit my bluetooth speaker as advertised.

I reached out to battery-vendor.com to explain the issue and they asked me for the specific model number of my speaker. I gave them the information they required, and they assured me that they would look into the matter. However, a few weeks passed and when I contacted them again for an update, I received a response that they were closed for a week due to Chinese New Year festivities.

Frustrated with the lack of progress, I decided to file a dispute through Paypal. Despite the item costing only $16USD, I requested the vendor to send me a return shipping label if they wanted me to return the power supply. However, to my dismay, after Chinese New Year, I did not receive any response from battery-vendor.com leaving me with no option but to drop the claim.

This experience left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. It seems that once they had received my payment, they had no intention of correcting their error or making things right. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to order from this Chinese company should be cautious. You do not want to end up like me, hosed and ripped-off.

I had a terrible experience with Battery-vendor. I decided to purchase a hard-to-find Google Pixelbook 3.0 USB-C Charger Power adapter from this merchant as their website seemed legit and professional. I created an account easily and completed my purchase through PayPal. However, I faced a lot of issues after that.

Although I received an email from the vendor after 5 days indicating that my purchased item had been shipped, the tracking link which was provided was useless as it showed an empty field, asking me to enter a shipper like UPS, FedEx, or USPS to complete the tracking query. I emailed the vendor twice about this, but I did not receive an answer from them.

Finally, when I got a response, I was informed that my order was out of stock and had not been shipped. I asked for a refund immediately, but the vendor's reply to that was unhelpful, simply stating, "Hi, I will apply refund for you." It's been two weeks since then, and I haven't received my refund yet.

Moreover, the vendor's website still falsely shows the item as available for sale, despite being out of stock. Adding insult to injury, I learned from my PayPal statement that although the vendor claimed to have refunded my money, my actual bank statement shows no such activity. I'm certain that the vendor defrauded PayPal.

Overall, I had an awful experience with this merchant, who lists an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of China. I strongly advise others not to purchase from Battery-vendor as you may never receive the product you pay for and won't be able to get your money back.
