Deceiving practices, in the beginning they lead you to believe the item comes out of California, as time progress they change the procedence of the shipping to China extending the delivery times from 7-14 to a month or more.
They refused to refund the money. Receiving this item is a time sensitive issue.
I may have reacted with anger because I like the straight forward honest way to do business.

Desired outcome: Put this people in place, due to the deceiving practices I am going to have to look for the item elsewhere!I conseder lost the money and my time.(I also noticed Amazon does the same practices)
I had to purchase another battery from a different vendor. Incredibly I was accused of wanting to steal their battery by the vendor in the complaint. People like this do not deserve to deal with american customers. I have attached the order form of the battery I had to purchase because I need my laptop for business.
