Barrister Antonio Vinal sent me a letter. This letter changed my life. This person tried to persuade me to pay $3500 and finally I paid. This was the last time I gave money to unknown man. After I was scammed my wife told that I am so stupid and left me. I want them to be put in jail.

I've just received similar emails with that same sender.
Firstly, I don't know anything and see the urgent voice from him so I had replied to ask for details. That first email has already included my email signature consisting of email, mobile and linkedin account.
After 4 days, He sent me back PDF files with explanation of why I am appropriate guy he want to involve with. He attached a short form and asked me some more confidential info. I know something illegal and stop contacting to him.
So do I get something involved already? How to surefire know if he won't take advantage of my email signature?
I would be appreciative of any responses

Thanks.

Dear Sirs,
Please note that the contact info provided by the scammer is false. We have posted several notices in our Facebook page and our blog advising not to get in touch with these people. Our notice is as follows:

It has come to our attention that our Firm's name and contact details are being used in a series of letters which purport our Firm as allegedly representing clients in inheritance issues or the winning of lottery tickets and requesting monies to the addressees of these letters.

In light of this situation our Firm would like to make the following statement:

1.- Such letters are fraudulent and are clearly trying to make use of our good name and reputation to make them seem legitimate.

2.- We do not solicit monies to people we do not represent professionally.

3.- We are not connected in any way with the people behind this scam.

4.- We have notified the Spanish police of such letters which are currently being investigated.

5.- Should you receive one of these letters please disregard its contents and kindly send us a copy of both the letter and its envelope for the purposes of the investigation.

We truly regret any inconveniences this problem may have caused; we are working hard to put it to an end and are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.
