Barclay Farms has had nothing but problems with management (or lack thereof) here all season. The last straw is not having coverage for Labor Day weekend.
WE HAVE CONTACTED TARA EDMONDS, WITH NO SUCESS!
JUST SOME OF THE COMMENTS FOR OUR FACILITY
No coverage on Labor Day?
Seems this is an ongoing problem.
If it continues into the extended time we’re to have it actually won’t be an extension.
We are really being cheated on our amenities.
No hot tub, no pool party,30+ days of no pool, no coffee n donuts, wine n cheese or monthly birthday celebrations?
Grounds starting to look like crap w/trees dying, lawn crew not edging the streets or the walking path.
Seems for our monthly land lease we’re only getting our grass cut n snow removed from the roads.
The water pond is overflowing with algae.
The new manager has no idea what is going on, about the pool operation, or anything else. The pool was not open on time, this year, we used to have a local pool contractor, that fixed and set up pool, to swim in only, they had nothing to do with lifeguards, we hired lifeguards , somehow the new manager got hooked up with a pool contractor , that were hired to operate the pool, and with a contract to provide local school kids as lifeguards, ? now as a result, the schools are opening and these kids have to go back to school, on dates the pool has to be open, and the Contractors can’t provide lifeguards, and when you call them for help, they don’t respond, so there nothing we can do as users, but hope someone shows up, we are coming to the end of season now folks, so we have to get with management and provide suggestions on what to do for next year, I think it’s best for our managers, to control the lifeguards.
Well hear we go again, went over to the pool to check for some closing notes, sure enough, closing at 3:30 again ! Why this lifeguard is not working a double shift, so she’s closing, at 3:30 this is terrible, so if you want to swim get there before 3:30! Thanks Contractor, !
Seems like all we get is excuses and no one wants to accept responsibility.

Desired outcome: Fix the hot tub. Clean the pond! make the grounds presentable. Get coverage for the pool. Hire someone who is actually accountable!!!!!
