To whom it may concern,
Obviously Banner is not concerned because I just saw a Wrongful Death claim with almost the exact same inexcusable issues/complaints that I experienced. (Thankfully I didn't die even though the staff probably wouldn't have noticed or cared.)
I saw that Banner "resolved" the Wrongful Death claim. Just what the heck does that mean!?!
They keep you on hold for hours if you call and they transfers you to someone who transfers you to someone else. Eventually people just give up.
In that way they are not held accountable for their gross negligence/rudeness.
If you care about your loved ones please don't let them get in the Banner system.
Desired outcome: Apology/ acknowledgement
