Bank of America - online banking

I have had bank of america for almost a year now. I have always had enough money to cover all my transactions. Until I get my tax money of 9, 000 dollars & now I start having issues with bank of america. I always keep track of my online banking I have had a transaction pending for about a week. Then they finally go and process the amount & put my account as a negative. So I loss almost 400 on fees 7 so on. I had called bank of america a few times & all of there reps have very bad attitudes! They have horrible customer service skills! After speaking to a maria (Supervisor) she was not able to help & also was very rude! She is going to tell me that she can not transfer me to a manager. She stated she would give a note to her manager that she could not (For security reasons provide a name to me) would contact me on monday. I was very upset & ended the call. I will be canceling my 2 accounts I have with this horrible bank of america company!

My online banking name is reporting as my ex-husbands name and bank of america also approved him a $43k truck loan on my previously paid boat loan, obtained as a single person in my name only. When we were married I was added to his bank account, however my boat loan stayed in my name only and was paid off in 2005. Come to find out now that my mortgage loan has been sold to BOA, I try to set up my online banking account only to find I'm listed as a co-owner on a $43k loan for a truck my ex-husband got after we were divorced and our accounts are all the sudden consolidated. No paperwork, no acknowlegement and no signature!
I would have never found out I was listed as a co-owner had I not registered my mortgage loan for online banking. Needless to say, after 8 phone calls, numerous passing the buck from online banking to mortgage, back to online banking to technical assistance, back to mortage and online banking again, I got a rep who slipped up and told me the original rep had consolidated our accounts and oops, he also got approved on my previously paid off bank of america boat loan for his new truck. Just happens during the 4+ years I haven't been a BOA customer (THANK GOD I HAD 4+ STRESS FREE YEARS UNTIL NOW) BOA has gone through many software and programming changes and evidently our accounts, even though we provided BOA forms and divorce decree at time of divorce in early 2006 to remove me from his bank account and my boat loan was paid off and never shown to be consolidated with his name or a revolving line of credit. Now all the sudden, conviently, my paid off boat loan is a revolving line of credit and BOA is blaming the programming for consoldiating the accounts, that's the reason he was issued the credit.
My ex-husband and I parted on good terms and he is now refinancing his vehicle loan to get it out of my name. BOA wants me to bring paperwork showing my name change after 2006 in order to remove him from the mortgage and restore my maiden name which the mortgage was taken out in. Funny thing, I have no paperwork after 2006 showing a name change, because there wasn't one! BOA is the one that just consoldiated the accounts miraciously and changed my name.
Only thing BOA has done is make it where I can't see my ex-husbands line of credit account(my previous paid off boat installment loan) and he cannot see my mortgage. However the issues are still unresolved! I'm a co-owner on a loan I never signed for, my mortgage is showing in my ex-husbands name. Why am I having to provide paperwork and time and effort working to clear up something BOA screwed up on it's own.
I have posted this on my Facebook page for everyone to see. Not to mention I plan to tell EVERYONE I know not to trust BOA and also goto the local networks as well as newspapers, major networks and seek an attorney.
I'm sure there is an attorney out there somewhere that would be hungry enough to take on a banking giant, that has outgrown their pants and refuses to give customer service, when that attorney might get his portion of a multi-million dollar settlement for defrauding customers and violating their rights and issuing credit to customers illegally!
It's on like Donkey Kong Bank of America. I may be one woman, but here me roar I have a huge mouth and plan to make sure I'm heard in every square mile of the earth. It ain't over, til it's over!
BANK OF AMERICA NEEDS TO WAKE UP! MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEMS THEY CREATED!

This sounds like it's your own fault, not bank of americas. You need to keep a check register or use an different system, but keep track of it all ON YOUR OWN. You can't go by just online. I thought this was common sense...
