Purchased a $100 Visa gift card from my local Smith's Store on 12/24/22. Gave the card to her on Christmas, 12/25/22. She cannot activate it. I cannot activate it. The information is invalid. We've both had tried to call the number "on the back" but cannot get past the automatized prompt, as the information is invalid.
I have the original receipt 12/24/22 @ 1:25pm and the activation status receipt 12/24/22 @ 1:24pm. I can send copies of the card, and both receipts. The store I purchased it from, states that all sales are final are will not help. Someone please help! This was such a disappointment Christmas morning for a 15-year-old.
Desired outcome: Would like my $106.95 (the value of the card and the Activation Fee returned.
