Axiom Eco-Pest Control review: Do not recommend

I paid them $159 for each of two visits ($318), which produced no noticeable results in the ants or other pest populations. More importantly, they announced the date of their second visit at the last minute before it happened. Their tech came over without ringing the bell or letting us know what time they were coming to at least ensure that no dogs were in the yard, and that tech either let my dog out or left the gate unlatched/opened so that he was able to get out. He got a severe injury to his hip, and we still don't know how it happened, but we are still paying for it. We've paid upwards of $5000 so far between emergency hospital visits to physical therapy appointments. Despite all that, they have had the nerve to call incessantly asking for an additional $300 because I chose to end their service before a two-year contract period ended. The work they put in was NOT worth even a quarter of the $600+ that I paid them, even if you do not consider all the harm that they have caused.
