After 2-3 years of using the "free version" of GU then on Jan30 2015 I was asked to pay $16.51 AUD for the "pro" version. The payment was requested by MyCommerce, Inc. and I paid that day using Paypal.
I have now received a request from Avangate Inc for a payment to "go pro" I sent an email today to Avangate to advise them payment has been made for GU Pro but they just send several pages of info without addressing the payment i made on Jan 30 2015.
Who are MyCommerce? do they own Avangate? Am I being scammed?

My minor son was charged $19.99 on his credit card for "software" he never purchased. Do not even know how they got his account info. Called 888 number and said they would send him a text in the next 4 hours. Nothing so far
