I have contacted this company for one month now trying to get my money of $59.40 back from them. They state that they have refunded it on 10/10/2015 and give me a confirmation number #1627426709for order #[protected]. This did not happened. I have my bank statement and there was not $59.40 refunded to me. $59.40 was taken out of my account on that day to them. This joint refuses to listen to me. Shortly after they took $59.40 out of my account my bank notified me that someone was trying to take large amounts of money out of my account. My bank locked that account and I opened a new one. I believe it was Avangate. I WANT MY 459.40 BACK IMMEDIATELY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
