I would like to express my disappointment on the experience of asking sales advisor (chinese) from autocraft motor carriages sdn bhd to cancel my booking (ALZA BP5HZ). I have waited since oktober 2022 without any proper updates. I was told extimate arrival is by february but it was extended to may 2023. I have decided to cancel my booking. Cancellation letter was already sent dated 11.04.2023. Called the SA few times to do the cancellation in the system but he didn't (25.04.2023 10:45 still not cancel in the system). Just making the situation worst.
Desired outcome: i am from seremban,negeri sembilan.
