Christopher Petite was my "Investigator" who denied my claim. I WATCHED the AAA technician burn a fuse when attempting to replace a battery. I had 3 witnesses. He never got their information from me. he claimed to be a "neutral" party- not on AAA's "side". But the email is literally aaa.com. I asked for a supervisor, he refused. I asked for a written report of his "investigation" and was refused. I asked for a written explanation of the denial, I was refused.
