Auto Bid Masters review: Shipping of bmw i3 hybrid

I bought this car via copart in the HOUSTON/TEXAS at the end of march 22, they recommended Auto Bid Masters (ABM) for international shipping, we got an online quote to pick up the car in Houston and ship to southampton in the UK for 1800 USD

We paid in full based on a quote to ship the car to Southampton UK.

ABM then stated that they could not ship to Southampton as the car needed to go in a container and they then increased the shipping charge, which we again paid in full. ABM then moved the destination to Felixstowe and increased the shipping charge to 2631 USD. Which we paid in full, Balance zero, confirmed via email

Yesterday ABM email demand for storage and services for 1650 usd plus 50 usd late fee per day, again we paid this amount in full, we requested full information, none forthcomming.

Today, 13/07/22 ABM informed me that it is still in ABM facility some 3 months later after collection at Copart Houston at the end of March 22

Yet the website stated that it was on the ship, which its not

Our bill for shipping has now been paid in full three times and confirmed via email

ABM have had the car for over 3 months, all storage charges and services are down to ABM and their suppliers, we contracted with ABM for shipping, so far ABM have failed to deliver Their end of the contract.

Customer services, has responded twice, but cannot provide a breakdown of what the 1650 USD was for, we contract with ABM to ship 1 x BMW i3 hybrid car, they provided a quote, we accepted and paid in full, delivery was meant to be in July 22.

Latest, Freight forwarder refuse to load hybrid cars or thats what ABM says, my car is being moved to Savanagh GA or so ABM say. website info shipper company name removed from ABM portal.

I have tried to be fair here. if ABM suppliers fail ABM that costs down to ABM, they provided a quote for shipping, we accepted and paid in full and they breeched the contract 3 times to date and no car in the UK
