Wish I can give this store negetive a million. This store allowed a pregnant woman to have old microwaved, cold food. After waiting an hour I called over 20 times. No tracking no text msg. Nothing as if we payed and no receipt or anything. When they didn't answer, I was furious. I cannot fathom getting cold food which is hazardous to pregnant women. I cannot believe the indian man who answered the phone. He answered as if he didn't know where he worked. And couldn't even speak much english. And I couldn't understand him. And then told me the driver had two deliveries and had left 10 mins ago. I live less than 7 mins away. And told him I can't have cold chicken that's been sitting in a car. Half an hour later, still no food. I called and called and called the store. To finally get a young lovely girl who came in my driveway. Apparently she got called to come to work, ' when she wasn't even working' to pick up my delivery like an uber eats driver and deliver it. I asked her about the delivery and apparently there wasn't even a driver that left that half hour previous. So they lied! Can I say how bloody rude of a boss to do that to a customer. And do that to a staff. The food. So apparently there was no wings so they put 12 'burnt' chicken strips. Can I say the strips and the biggest here are the worst so we don't even like. So I will be taking it into the store tomorrow to get my money back. I can honestly keep going about how I wish this store will lose business. Or worse. Get shut down. They don't deserve anything.
