Beware! Do not do business with this guy.
On 3/29/2017 william blake caldwell of caldwell stoneworks was paid a deposit check for $650.00 in advance for the installation of granite counter tops and also was given a brand new stainless steel sink for my client home at wrenwood lane. The check was cashed at a check cashing store that same day - (Red flag). Per the agreed written proposal/contract dated 3/29/2017 it stated that the new fabricated countertops and sink was scheduled to be installed 4/5/2017 thru 4/7/2017 which never happen. Blake never call back, texted or showed up to date! After several attempts to reach him during the week of the installation date for the granite countertop work he did not answer his phone which was forwarded to a voice mailbox that was full and I could not leave a message, so I tried texting him with no success after he received my $650.00 deposit. I have not received my countertops, sink or installation. I am not going to play games with the non communication and wasted time with this guy. I am going to take legal action against blake caldwell.
Please note after doing some recent research I noticed that the company is not a registered business with the state of georgia, not licensed, not a legitimate business just a guy with cards and a sales pitch, also his business address is not located at the advertised address it is a kitchen and bath company instead of caldwell stoneworks as noted on all his website and marketing information. Beware! Do not trust this guy, do not do business with his company (Caldwell stoneworks - countertops, tiles, etc.)
