Atlas Medical Systems PLLC review: IOP substance abuse classes 1

Hello, Dr. Goux Atlas Medical Systems PLLC
opened a clinic teaching IOP classes for substance abuse. He had two patients who did not belong in the classes. They did a horrible job screening patients. They allowed a sex offender and an SI patient into the class room. The sex offender named Jack Venezuela raped the SI patient Jacob Guerra twice. There are several patients who know about the incident and the Phoenix Police Department were notified. There is no supervision at the hotel on 27thave and Thomas. Dr. Goux is placing patients in a Hotel where there are meth users and prostitution around the premises. This is one of the worst part of towns in the valley without any supervision. He says he's partnered up on his brochure with Recovery Dharma, Smart Recovery, Women's Sobriety, Buddhist Recovery Center, SOS for sobriety, & 12 steps. He has no affiliation with those programs.
He literally throws patients out in the streets with their belongings outside of the hotel which is unethical. He should put the patients in a detox program. Instead of leaving them outside of the hotel on the streets. Vincent and I found narcotics in a patients room. Dr. Goux didn't notify or report the incident or send the patient to a detox facility. He doesn't feed the patients, Sal Hernandez and Leon can testify to these incidents. All of the patients complain about the brink of starvation. Dr. Goux also calls his office a clinic where there is no medical equipment provided whatsoever. He also has patients working for him. One of the patients name is Vance. The patients should be in the program. Instead the patients are working for him, the patients are marketing and doing medical intakes with no HIPPA certifications. Dr. Goux has a social worker who isn't fully licensed to do an IOP program according to Valarie Purdy from Aurora Recovery center. Jeri from Vogue Recovery center has complaints as well. I also have another person who worked for Vincent. Her name is Mandy McCoy. She is also a witness to the unfair and unethical practices that have been taking place at his facility and the hotel. Dr. Goux has made racist comments about Hispanics time after time. He's not a professional Dr. Vincent is doing harm to the patients. Vincent is practicing without being on record with ADHS. Dr. Goux withholds pay checks to his providers and business developers. I have proof to provide these incidents from providers and his patients. Vincent is taking advantage of the state/medicaid programs. Dr. Goux first had his patients living at Independence 47 Hotel in the beginning of the program. The hotel managers can tell you all the incidents as well. After Independence 47 in Scottsdale, Dr. Goux moved the patients to La Quinta Inn on 27thave and Thomas.
