We vieved a room in Elizabeth Heights at Cairnhill. Imelda, representative of Atlas Alliance, offered $1000 for the room with toilet at the 4th floor. We paid $ 2000 on the same day for the deposit and advance payment.Signed 6-month contract for the room.

I called up Imelda to ask for the keys because we will start moving on the 13th. Move in date in our contract is Jan 14 but they usually allow the tenants to move in a day before. Imelda said we can get the keys on the 13th.

I called up Imelda. She said " Oh, Celine have not called you?" A few minutes late, a girl named Celine called me up saying that the room that we signed in for are now $1300. She said that there is a change of management, Imelda just handed her the job and our contract was lost in their office. Whew.
She offered us another room for $1000 without toilet in the 16th floor! We already packed our things since a new tenant will be taking over our old room so have no choice but to take the room.
They disregarded our contract. It is like buying a laptop but getting a desktop.
Who can help us? To whom can we complaint? It was so very inconvenient for us since we waited for almost a month to get the room. They never contacted us that there was a price increase.

We too have been victims of Atlas Alliance- by Imelda Nangoi, Dominic Chan, Selene, and two other other guys working with them.
The room was not available when we are supposed to move in.
She did not give us a copy of the contract even if we insisted several times,
It was a nightmare, a scam and a total bogus!
We keep on getting the updates on the status ofthe unit and our move in date was reconfirmed again an again by Imelda thru sms.we have been requesting to meet her personally to review the unit only to receive lame excuses as shes on leave or simply cannot meet up because she woke up late!
And to our disgust, days before our move in, the room is not ready, no ac, no furnitures, no progress.NOTHING.
We have been scammed, intimidated. and cheated by them.
Yes its true she will delay everything and it is INTENTIONAL.And this is how they operate. Beware in dealing with them.
my heart goes out to all of you. i am also a victim of their cheating acts. wonder what they are thinking and how do you raise your kids in this sort of enviroment of lies and deceit? still waiting for dom to grow a pair down there and give me a call
We are very sad to report that we trusted Imelda and Dominic to return the remainder of our money in the amount of $453.00 but they have yet to do so. This money is vital to paying cur current rent and they know it, but they continue to hang on to the funds while promising us, that they are working on it. We were on the 16th floor of Elizabeth Heights in the Jr. Master. We vacated the premises on February 17th. They promised to give us bac our money immediately, but we were told to meet up with people who never showed up or called to give a reason as to why they did not maintain the appointment. To this date, we are yet to see our monies returned. We are very disappointed that they require top dollars for the facilities, yet they handle the business very loosely.
I’m also a victim of them. I got my money back after a long and exhausting fight. Do you want to praise yourself by stating that you give everyone their money back Ms Imelda and Mr. Dominic? It is not only about returning the money or not, it is about the way you treat your tenants in general. Do you think it is fair what you do? Surprisingly they don’t answer anymore. The world would be much nicer without you! You'll get yourself killed if you’ll go on like this.
We are victims also of imelda and dominic. We spoke to the authority and say they are extortionists at large, and if anyone/victims have spotted them, directly call the police and have them arrested right away. Theres a same case that happened before in ag, scammers had been arrested and jailed! They are serial scammers on the loose!

Everybody that has been con and cheated by Dominic Chan Wai Meng and Nangoi Demelza Demelita please go to the Jurong Police station and file a police report. This is not civil case as it is a very well thought out scheme to cheat people of their money therefore it is CRIMINAL!
Investigating Officer is Mohd Saleh Bin Kassim.
These bloody cheaters are now operating as TDAP Management with names SarrahAnn Chan W S and Melza Boonchawarian. From April/May onwards, they started to do under this new company. There are a bunch of court orders from Small Claims Tribunal ordering them to pay out. Again they are least bothered. They stay luxuriously in Condo...just parasitic creatures. There are more that 20 people whom they have cheated till now. and now they are not reachable as they were thrown out from the place where they were staying previously by the owner. I still dont understand how much dare and planing they should have done to do this serial cheating under multiple companies and even they dooped their names as well. Hope they will be put in jail and caned.
Everybody please be aware that SarrahAnn Chan is Dominic Chan Wai Meng's sister. They are family and all in the scam together!
