I've live here going on 10 years now. They just sold this small apartment complex to another company. And the new company came in and slapped a price tag on EVERYTHING the previous owners included in our rent payments.

First they jack up the rent, and offer NO upgraded qualities to the apartments for it.
Then they start adding on fake charges to the rent bill like "Amenities", which is nothing more than price gouging for the sake of stealing money any way you can. I was told this charge is for keeping the place clean. Well, that is what RENT is for! It's the companies RESPONSIBILITY to keep this place clean, NOT THE RESIDENTS! This is double dipping and a slimey, vile way to steal money from residents!
We always had covered parking included in our rent, NOW they are PRICE GOUGING US by charging $40.00 for a covered space!
Thieves! And residents get NOTHING in return for all this price gouging!

There are no honest, professional, customer service forward companies anymore. Now they are ALL vile, heinously corrupt, evil, money grubbing thieves!

To top it off, they got some bots to make some fake reviews, giving them a fake 5 star Google review!

This has gone from a 5 star place to a 0 star place!
