Asian Automotive Limited review: The dissatisfaction of pirelli customer services!!!

I want to talk about the customer services that I got from Pirelli Bangladesh.

Although I had no idea about buying car tires. However, inspired by Mr.Avik Anwar’s brother’s review, certified race car driver in F1 formula, I bought four tires of Pirelli 185/70 R14 for my Premio 2008 model car from their Tejgaon Asian Imports Automotive outlet on the 6th of July’22. But what I think is that their customer service is not up to the mark. I won’t say the name, but when I call their customer care, they tell me the good aspects of the tires. They also said that the tires would give me free installation costs. I then say OK, I'll let you know, plus the price is a lot and out of my budget. They call me 5-6 times and sent me SMS whether to buy or not. Later I was convinced by their talk, paid 9300 for 4 tires and in total 36000 with a 200-taka discount. I brought my car to their showroom at 3 o'clock on the 7th of July’22. But when I went to take back my car at 7 pm, I was told that the tires were not fitted. The tires did not arrive from Mirpur Warehouse. I have to come again tomorrow morning. When I took the car again the next day on the 7th of July’22 11 am, another representative told me that there was no free installation service. However, after a while, another said that the installation could be possible. But I have to take the car to a local nearby local workshop. When I take it, I see a very long serial of the car. Besides, the workshop was also of very low quality. I didn’t feel comfortable changing car wheels there. Besides, other cars were also being treated roughly in that workshop. Later I came to Mohakhali, and spent 4 hundred rupees to buy nozzles 4 each and installed 4 tires in total cost me 7800 takas.

One thing I observed was the noticeable change in their behaviour before and after making the tire payment. However, I wrote the words with a lot of sorrow, brother.

Maybe that's what happened to me only. However, such customer service from Pirelli is not desirable to anyone.
