Received a phone call today that arvada software purchased last year for $400 is no longer compatible with my system and that they will cancel my lifetime subscription and send me a refund HOWEVER they need to erase the software from my computer first. I'm not comfortable with them connecting to my computer again. With instructions, I can delete the software myself. Does this sound legitimate or a sham.
