ArtistWorks review: Artist.IO induce purchasing by error and should be sued but this practice

I have indicate my client to subscribe for a month to get an after effects template, because in home pricing of website shows all plans but month.

I just sent the link to my client. and they signed up using credit card.
In Brazil we just saw the credit card purchases in a specific date. so 13 days after, my client called me very angry because Artist.io charged a whole year!

I tried to talk with support, and even been crystal clear it was a mistake, they refuse to refund and cancel the purchase. its absurd, they induce to error when its not clear that they not charge for a month but just for a year. I said to my client to sue Artist.io. this is ridiculous and and of bad character!

my client just download the templates that he wanted and just that. why my client has to pay for a whole year that will not gonna use?
