Hello,
Could you please take down the arrest post on me? I have not even been given an appearance date for this misdemeanor charge yet. This stems from a phone conversation with a first cousin that doesn't live in the same town as me and filed this charge out of town. Last I checked with my attorney this relative has recanted "saying overacted" which is not uncommon for this particular relative. This is headed for dismissal shortly according to my attorney.
I am truly shocked that someone can be posted like this on the world web when nothing has been adjudicated? Not to mention my full home address? Most of all I work freelance at what I do and have a contract signing coming up for work if this doesn't crash things!
In the beginning I was on two other sites like this but they provided an opt out and it was taken down on these other two sites. This was mainly because the owners of these two other sites were arrested for doing this. This particular arrest.org wants to see the dismissal to take this down. Again this is a misdemeanor and is headed for dismissal but is taking some time. I am a freelance contractor and this is damaging my name and work!
You have to type my full name with middle jeffrey lloyd burns on bing or this duck website but it doesn't show on google
Your help with this would be much appreciated.

Florida. Arrests.org is the brainchild of a computer-savvy florida ex-con named rob wiggen. The 32-year-old served three years in federal prison for participating in a small-time credit-card-skimming operation (. Pdf) out of a mexican restaurant in tallahassee.
When he got out of jail in 2007, he was looking for more legitimate opportunities. Last year he seized on the idea of repurposing the booking photos that florida police departments are obliged to make public under the state's sunshine laws.
