Armando Rivas is a con-artist thief. He has been robbing people for close to 10 years with his mortgage scams. He claims to be a private money lender for commercial loans. Unfortunately the industry is not very regulated. He tells people that he will loan you money but he must charge up front fees for due-diligence. Called "due diligence fees". In the close to 10 years scamming people nationwide he has charged from $2, 000 to $30, 000-$40, 000 and to date he has never funded a single loan. He just scams people out of the fees each time.

So be smart and don't give him any money. If you come into contact with Armando Rivas and his scam get as much information as you can and contact the local FBI office In Miami. THey already know who Armando Rivas is and his complaints are stacked very high. He also has operated under Global mortgage financial group and now this new company.
Armando Rivas is a smooth talker. At least he thinks he is. This guy is a dirt bag. He thinks he is a ladies Man. At least that is what portrays himself to be on the surface. But the real Armando Rivas is an abusive man who beats on women. He is not a nice guy at all. If you look up his criminal record you will see he has been arrested for domestic battery/ assault on his former wife. Armando Rivas has a very dark side to himself.

Armando Rivas is a crook, con, thief, criminal and will go down soon enough. 5 years ago Armando Rivas took $20, 000 from me a loan that he guaranteed he could fund and promised me was approved. He made up fake paperwork, approval lettersand every word from Armando's mouth is a lie

Disagree, the poster is slandering a business and a citizen with no evidence, I can assure you that a court order and lawsuit against all slanderers is already filed and all parties will be served. this business man has being funding deals nation wide and in florida for over a decade, please check out the better business bureau. as well his business is fully licensed. this company has many witneses to attest the contrary of what this post states, as well as title company and attorneys and banks. so slanderer beware your day in court is around the corner.
