ARCSmart review: Title vii of the civil rights act of 1964

I was fired in January and the law was broken because of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 not to mention I was fired during the pandemic. I asked Skye Gates about celebrating Black History Month and was told it might be offensive. A manager stated blackface was how we should celebrate. Nothing was done. St Patricks Day was celebrated though
