Arabian Falcon Holiday review: Hotel Timeshare

Arabian Falcon Holidays. My wife and I were deceived into buying a timeshare for the Bonington Hotel in 2008 during our honeymoon in UAE by Arabian Falcon/Dermarr Real Estate. The marketers informed us that we were buying a week that would entitle us to a rental income but did not not disclose the real details of the contract at the start but lured us into making a deposit. We went back home and continued paying up until we reached the total deposit. It was then we were told that we had to pay maintenance fee and if we stopped paying, we lose our investment.

After the payment, we started to receive threatening letters that we have to continue paying the maintenance fee which we refused to do. They later froze our account and till date the account is frozen and our investment still with them.

All we want is to recover our initial deposit and exit investment but it is not looking likely from this fraudulent company.
