Be aware of A&R Booting Inc. We left our car outside the restaurant couple of weeks ago. When we went out one hour later, we found out boots on the car. We found the note with the warning and contacted the indicated phone number. The driver and rep were rude and disrespectful to us. Also they said that we must pay $100 and only after that they would take off these boots. Seriously, their actions are wrong and illegal.
The owner, Adam Radillo, is a real [censored]. When I asked about whether his driver would be identifiable since I was a woman, alone in a parking garage, he told me I was being ridiculous and that he "didn't give a [censored] about my safety". Real POS that guy. Clearly an uneducated meatball with hands deep in pockets.
If this happened in Miami Dade, they were only supposed to charge you $65, not $100. You can find more information if you search online: Miami Dade immobilization services. The same scenario happened to us but in Doral. The property manager posts the warning signs in places that are difficult to spot as a trap. Yes, there is no reason for the agents to treat people rudely.
