Apollo times in dubai asked my family to attend a 45mins meeting and they provided a voucher where we can avail desert safari, Dhow Cruise etc
We have selected first one for Dhow Cruise and those issue started from Feb. These people every time they are saying that the booking is confirmed and after that I will have no response or no contact. Such an unprofessional team.
I am totally upset and been disappointed state.
It's been third time that they said booked the cruise. And gave the timing as 7pm. But when called the cruise people they said don't have cruise timing at 7pm.
Full of lies and have called the them 10times but no response. One of the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime.
Desired outcome: I need an explanation and voucher better offers

Dear all, As you all know about Apollo Times Scam the only way to fight it legally. We need to apply civil case against the company in Dubai courts. Once you win the case with that document need to apply case in India against the company owner. The Indian Court can find a person and liquidate the owners property and settle to the victims. Hence all the victims are advised to file case against apollo times and get the judgement from Dubai Court and use it to proceed with case in India. I hope in India we can make a group case. But in UAE we can't make group case. We have to file case individually.
I already filed case and it is in process.
Also the same Dubai Court case reference can be used for disputes claim from the bank though which the payment is made.

In the name of Apollo Tours and Travels in Dubai approx 700 people are cheated and the frauds absconded. The previous company started by them with name as Reliance Hub Services the total loot was 12 Million AED and now this goes much more than that. All dear friends dont get fooled by agencies like this and go with only trusted partners.

Apollo Times Travel is hopeless and fraud travel company ,we are also got trapped into their fraud commitment package, we bought package with them in March 23 for AED 13,000. When we send to 60 days prior notification for booking in May 23 for July trip for Singapore , after numerous follow up they they we were not able to book in July ,saying tickets are high , booking is full , and they cannot book , than we said if you are not able to honor your commitment , please refund the money , that also did not agree ,they said it will take long time to repay ,we will find a way out and just buying time and dragging the issue . Finally told us to give different dates , we gave them new dates in Aug 23 . Kavita which sold us the package when we complained her , we started ignoring and always said we will discuss with reservation department and get back, but nothing happened. Finally we decided to travel on 10 Aug 23 , and Even we compromise on flight commitment on direct flight , which comprise on Via Flight
through India , also i paid additional one ticket amount AED 2500 (Additional to AD 13000) , which they promise to adjust in next holiday trip. When we on boarded the flight on 10th Aug 23 , they cancel the hotel booking and book the cheap hotel. When we check in hotel on 11th Aug 23 , room size were so small and did not have any facility , after lot to argument and call , they agreed to upgrade and than they will reimburse , so again paid SG$ 300 ,but did not agree to book another hotel . As committed any one Attraction in Singapore will be booked by Apollo ,so today 14th Aug as per itinerary we were supposed to visit Universal Studio ,inspite of follow up they did not book and did share the voucher , and we spend whole day in Hotel . Never came across such hopeless travel agent . PLEASE DO NOT GET TRAPPED WITH TRAVEL AGENT . once i am back i complaint in police and Dubai economy department about them.

Police won't help. I went to file a complaint but the police told me to visit the DET

I received a reply from DET that they had visited the company and the company had agreed to refund the money in installments. Yesterday I heard that the company has disappeared. Let us now come together and lodge the complaint against them.
You are luck. Atleast used part of their service. I paid and now they are closed. Did you complain to police before. I think it is easy to commit scam in Dubai and run. Rules are not much straight. It is easy to open a company and then run away with money. If right action was taken on first complain then many would have been saved.

They are fraudsters. We purchased a package and now when we contacted them to finalize the trip they are not responding to the emails nor their reservation team is finalizing the booking. One lame excuse after another. Lets lodge a police complaint against them.

Yes, I experienced the same thing. I asked if I could book a Dhow trip using their discount after 15 days, and they replied that it was not possible. Instead, they asked that I write them an email after one month. they will then let me know when it is available. I then requested a one-night stay voucher, and after a few days I received a response asking for a copy of the voucher. I inquired about an update and was told that it was not yet available due to pending booking requests and that we were fully booked through July. Good that i have not taken the package. Guys pls beware don't take the package.!

I have got the same offer today from Apollo, I received a call from a gentleman called Kumar and he has asked to come today only with family to claim the prizes and they will need around 30 minutes time. I am sure this is a way of luring people to their tour/travel packages and getting business, and the feedback from other people about these free vouchers and packages appears totally unpleasant experience or most of the time they couldn't use it because of excuses from the company.
I am not sure if I should go or not.
My question is why would we have to visit? They should just send us the voucher information?
