Antonovich Furs review: Knowingly sold me a defective item

I attended a gathering where Antonovich Furs was a vendor. I was asked to come and look at their merchandise on display. I found what I felt was the most gorgeous coat I'd ever seen. And for the first time after a marital separation, I wanted to purchase something just for me. The representatives there guaranteed me that this coat was new and I could make monthly payments on it in order to complete the purchase. It was exactly what I wanted and knew I could keep up on the monthly payments with 0 delays.

I fulfilled my part of the verbal and written agreement. Antonovich furs didn't come through with on their end of the agreement. The First indicator that I should have caught onto was a few months after picking up my coat and wearing it twice, upon time of bringing it back to be stored, they found a "tear". I didn't have to pay for this repair but the next go around, I had to pay $98 for repairs. Stored it as required and upon storing I was told that storing came with glossing and any repairs. Who knew that this last time that I would bring the coat back would show not 1, not 2, not 3 but multiple tears. I was told that the coat was too heavy for the seams. I'm so confused as this was purchased as a "New" coat. Why are there so many issues with it? And these issues seem to come up every time I bring it back to be stored.

Antonovich furs is now having a going out of business sale. The owner is now retiring and as I've been told, their inventory/customers have been transferred to Schultz & M. Blaustein. I took my coat there to be stored and long story short, I was told by the owner that my coat isn't even worth $500. And the owner told me that they sold me a "Used Coat". My coat isn't new and advertised and purchased?! I was robbed! I shouldn't have to figure out how to salvage what pieces of the coat that I paid almost $3,000 for. What can I do with this fallapart coat that was sold to me as new but it's used which means it's OLD?

I need help I bought this coat in 2017, had to make repairs as soon as I put it into storage. And multiple times thereafter. Now I'm being told that the coat is worthless! I want my money back!

How is Antonovich furs now having an Everything Must Go sale, and I have a defective coat?

Schultz & M. Blaustein has possession of the fall-apart coat until a decision is made. When I last saw the coat in December 2022, the coat was in such bad condition, I could see how the fur separated from the lining along with the backing which should have been attached to the fur. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the coat just the other item I had to have stored. I want to be done with this coat and for the wrongful sale to be rectified immediately.
