Anti Aging Store unauthorized payments

I HAVE NEVER USED OR HEARD OF THIS SITE UNTILL MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT TWO LARGE SUMS FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW THE BANK HAS FROZEN MY ACCOUNT AND THE FRAUD DEPT. ARE NOW DEALING WITH IT, I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS BECAUSE THEY GOT HOLD OF MY DETAILS FROM SOMEWHERE, THEY ARE DOING THIS TO MANY PEOPLE SO PLEASE BE ON YOUR GUARD. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE THEIVES WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR HARD WORKING DECENT PEOPLE.

I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT I JUST LOOKED AT PRODUCTS SEVERAL WEEKS AGO AND LOW AND BEHOLD YESTERDAY TWO SUMS OF £79-94 WHERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IVE HAD TO FREEZE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND ITS NOW BEING DEALT WITH BY FRAUD DEPT AS I DID NOT GIVE ANY OF MY BANK DETAILS SO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS . I DONT KNOW WHY NOTHINGS BEING DONE TO STOP THIS KIND OF THEFT ITS DISGRACEFUL. I HOPE THEY GET WHATS COMING TO THEM, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE THIEFS THERE SCAM WILL SOON WILL SOON CATCH UP WITH THEM SO PEOPLE PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!

Can somebody help me out from this scam (anti-aging store Mauritius). They have been taking unauthorized payment from my account since August and every month now. I have reported this to my bank in September and they said that it will take 31 days to be able to stop this fraud activity. Until now they're still taking money from my account. Altogether they have taken the amount of £251.75 and if this won't stop they will try and get more money from my account.

I would like to complain about a company who's been taking an unauthorized payment from my account. I have reported this to my bank in Sept after a second unauthorized payment and my bank said that it takes 31 days to be able to stop this payment. Its now November and this company has taken the third payment from my account. Please, could somebody help me stop this problem, I beg you.

Anti Aging Store Unauthorised transaction from my account

I have been taken for a mug. This cream advertised as a free sample is anything but. These people are also Radialabs who are using their website to persuade people to order a free sample of both products.
The site does not make it clear that you are then subscribing .
This means they can help themselves to your money. In this case £96.35 for my FREE sample.
They do not give you time to return it and will not take it back if you have tried it. Surely that is the reason for A Free sample in the first place.
The radialabs product promoted along side of this takes the same libertys with your account I lost £139.85 from them for this. I have not even recieved anything for the money ! THEFT
I want my money back and no more to be taken from my account .
a FREE SAMPLE SHOULD BE JUST THAT. This is shoddy business practise. Please advise

The money was supposed to be for postage and packing !
I have canceled my card but apparently, the bank says, thaey can continue to make withdrawals.
Ok who has'nt tried cream that we hope will help defy the aging process !
I get youe point though and will be much more careful.
Incidently their advertising is deliberately misleading.
They are obviously cleverer than me !

I have had my card debited by this store for products that I do not want. Their email does not accept incoming mail nor do they reply to telephone messages.
I have instructed my card issuer to disallow payment

Be very careful using this company.. bad news... to say the least. I ordered 2 of one item and was to get a third one free... at $30 so dollars each. When the order came i did not receive the free one. I called and got the run around you would not believe... and was told they could do nothing and they could not even find my order that was over $200.00.. they had to turn it over to their corp. office... which they did not have phone number for but they would contact me.. which has never happened... along with the emails I have sent.

I contacted RIP OFF BRITAIN> the BBC is producing a programme which will be on the television sometime in November.
I also contacted my local trading standards dept which is in CO Durham, and they were very helpful . my bank would not stop the payments something to do with it being a rolling contract, ( I'd never heard of it ) the company itself has to cancel but never can get in touch they don't reply to any correspondence. I'm still waiting for £600.00 pounds to be repaid to me

Anti Aging store have taken £79.95 from my account I have received nothing at all. I phoned my bank to request they re call the transaction and the bank does not want to know. I have informed trading standards also. I have phoned the compant 6 times sent them letters and e-mails no one responds. This company must be stopped. I have had to cancel my card and I am also changing my bank so this does not happen again. Is there any one out there going to help us all to reclaim our money?

Just to add to my above comment. I also tried the cream and thought it a load of rubbis. Try Garnier. It works for me. May

I'm sorry for all of you but glad I'm not the only mug. Have you tried contacting them on the service@ant-agingstore.com that they quoted on my order confirmation? It doesn't work.
I cancelled my card after they removed two payments of £96.35. They sent the products but wanted £25.68 to accept them. I told them to return them.
In my case Barclaycard are going to fight to get it back but as yet I don't know the result.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. May from Kent

I had the same problem except i never recieved the sample till 5 weeks after the money left my acct, i got on to them funny it was sent i got it, i was told if i returned immediately my acct would be refunded it wasnt, im lucky i have free calls to USA so i do ring often to remind them, oh their response last time was, my acct with them had be credited touse in there online store, funny seein when i checked i didnt have an active act with the online store goes to show they con-men out to get, but not all out like this the other product i ordered for free trial was same didnt arrive the company were apologetic refunded over the phone and sent another sample free no strings attached

ps i did read the terms i stated that it was a 14 day trial and if item wasnt recieved and wasnt trialed how can i send it back but also i did call to cancel subscription b4 the date line was up it made no odds

Yes I was another mug and yes we should all read the terms and conditions and not be trusting and perhaps grow old gracefully. But surely this sort of behaviour is not simply unacceptable, but in an age of consumer rights and protections, also illegal because it is deliberately misleading?

Thanks go to the lady brave enough to call the shots and for all you fellow mugs out there, lets get together to get our money back and make sure nobody else suffers the same fate.
