Oct. 5, '07 at aprx. 2:15 pm I was awakened from a nap by a caller "somebody" Stovall who said it was urgent I talk to them about a claim. I was half asleep or I never would have given them my name and no. they were calling. I asked if they were a law firm and they lied to me and said "no." I asked who are you and what do you do and was told by Miss Patty "we deal in various things". They gave me a name they were looking for "Rice Marling" and, when I told them no one here by that name, they asked if I was "Miss ------------------"? No, I said. Then "is ___________ home?" These were names of two of my family members so their whole approach was deceptive. The phone no. on my caller ID was [protected]!

10/22/07 Today I have had two calls from these people. The first call, the receptionist put through to my extension after the lady asked for me and as soon as I picked up and said "This is Debby", they hung up the phone. Twice last week, the same thing happened. I called the receptionist and asked her to check the caller ID and try to get the phone number when the call comes in next time and she did and it came up Anderson Randolph and Price, this time it was Mrs. Green and she wanted to know when I was going to pay the balance owed on a MRI. I told her the same thing this time that I told her last week when she called, that I don't owe anything. My insurance paid in full for those tests and I am not paying anything and not to call me at work again. She didn't even have the correct Insurance company listed that I have. I have told her twice now not to call me at work! It better stop!
A man by the name of Jim Turner with Anderson Randolph and Price called my job today. When I informed him that I couldn't accept personal calls on the job, he continued with his threats regarding a pass due bill that I have. I asked him for the companies address so I could file a complaint against the company with the BBB and he would not release any information about the company.
