Andersen Emco review: Series 300 storm door security flaw

Andersen 300 storm door security flaw with lower window. Someone on the outside of door can easily push the lower window up and out of the window frame allowing access to the inside lock. I found this issue on all 3 of the doors I purchased. There is a gap between the top of the lower window and the "window stop" (?) that allows the lower window to be lifted up just enough that it can then be pushed out of the window frame. Video attached. There is nothing in the installation/usage guide that addresses this issue. Customer service is unable to understand the issue and repeatedly refers me to incorrect information.
