I am sriramulu somayajula Manager Operations Ananta Impex FZE . We have our company account in your bank. Mr Ravindra Babu Owner want to give POA to me and he informed to Mr Rohit Joshi before he is coming to Dubai from Nigeria . He came on 24th July and discussed with Mr Rohit JOshi and Ashish Sukla regarding POA to Me and LC related matters. Mr Rohit JOshi told us to submit the concerned documents at Burdwan branch. Me and My MD Mr Ravindra Babu went and submitted relevant documents on 25th July . That day we told the concerned person who took the documents if any quire is there let us know because My MD is going back from DUbai and he came particularly for POA. THey told that they will inform on 26th july. We have not got any call from them.
Unexpectedly on 1st Aug i got a call from the burdwan branch and that madam told me that we need to sign some documents and she asked about my MD. I told her that My MD already gone back and why she is asking after he left.
The same day on 1st Aug i called Mr Rohit JOshi and informed him about this matter and asked whether i can take my company LC or not, he told that he will call me . I called on 2nd Aug again to Mr Rohit joshi and told i am waiting for his call, again i called on 2nd evening he has not replied. I came to Burdwan branch on 3rd morning and waiting, Mr Rohit JOshi came there i asked him . He took me to one counter and he asked concerned. SHe told that we have to sign on net banking form and she has given. I asked Mr Rohit JOshi that we informed you upfront now after my MD left now you are asking for signature why . He replied me harshly and told that i am showing attitude to him. when i asked him whether i can collect my LC form Outsource zone branch he told that " You are not authorized call your MD . When i am asking my quires he moved his way with out giving me reply. What type of customer service is this. He insulted me in the bank. Please provide proper explanation from him
