Amerifund Home Mortgage review: We want the return of our $28,995.00

in June of 2019 my son, Robert, and I contacted Mr. Bachman's office regarding refinancing our mortgage. He requested funds needed for closing costs, appraisal, etc. We wired want $28, 995.00 onJune 4, 2019 with the verbal agreement that these funds would be returned at closing. After several months of no action, we decided to stop the request and asked for the money to be returned. We assumed the money was put into an interest bearing escrow account as usual. Mr. Bachmen has done nothing but give us the run around for several months now - hangs up, won't return calls or e-mails. What he is doing is both unethical and illegal. No closing costs or appraisals were ever done. We want the return of our $28, 995, 00
