On June 15th of this year, I placed an order with ARM Leads for 1, 000 mailers. The cost for this was $455.00. As of today (8/7/2017), I have received a total of three "leads" One gentleman swore to me that neither he nor anyone in his household had filled out any kind of card. A second, whom I called within twelve hours, had already purchased his insurance with someone else, and a third will not answer the phone. These results, however, are not the primary reason for my complaint. ARM talks it up about averaging a return of 1.5-2% on their mailers. Today, I emailed them and requested a refund or at least a partial refund of my investment. It came as no great surprise that the request was refused, or that I was reminded that they make no guarantees. I was, however, a bit surprised that their recommended remedy was that I place another lead order with them.
I understand that ARM makes no guarantees, but, if they cared anything at all about assisting those who place trust in them, they'd be willing to work something out. Instead, they're keeping my money and suggesting that I give them more. Avoid this organization- you're better off cold-calling

A client I had an annuity apointment with told me she wanted to cancel. When pressed she said she had gotten 3 or 4 agenbts calling her since she mailed in the card. They keep the card and e-mail me the lead.I paid 1900.00 + SSS to do these mailings. I was all set to do a mailing a week when I found this out.They are reselling the leads I paid for.
From now on I'mm going to be doing my own mailers.
