I paid for a one month stay and my ac completely went out. It has been one week today and it still isn't replaced. The building maintenance man said it needed to be replaced, now I am waiting on approval from the building manager. He keeps telling me it's working fine but hasn't come up to look at it since sunday. It's thursday. I need my air fixed. It's hot outside. It's advertised on the website that ac is offered, this is [censored] and false advertising. And I don't really think I should have had to pay the full amount of the monthly fee if my air was not going to work for a whole week. I have called or went to the front desk multiple times a day and nothing gets done. They said it'll be today but they've said that four times already so we'll see. This place is ran like a [censored] show.
