American Home Shield Home Warranty Company review: Please repair or replace my items

I took out a home warranty with american home shield on 10/23/2020 they have taken the monthly payment from my bank account each month. I have never filed a claim with them until this year. My washer went out on February 23 and I turned the claim over to them then I also turned over my refrigerator ice maker that had gone out about two months earlier but I was just making ice in trays so they turned my claim over to champs home construction contractors who said they couldn't get here till march 1st. they came out looked at everything and told me they would order my parts and be back when they came in in 7 to 14 days to repair my items this company will not answer they're phone and will not call you back. So I started calling american home shield all they tell me is my parts are on order. I have been dealing with this all this time and trying to get my items fixed it is now March 29th yesterday they told me resolutions department would call me back by 7pm CST so far no call. I took this warranty out in good faith I am a widow living on a fixed income and I thought my warranty would fix or replace my items if broken so far that hasn't happen. I have made numerous phone calls and tried to get answers and I admit I have been very angry at times but I do believe I have good cause to be angry. I would not recommend this company to anyone they do not do what they say they will do. They say in the contract they will have your items fixed or replaced in a timely amount of time. I think over a month is too long of a time to wait for my items to be repaired all I can say is don't use this company.
