Joel: Is very un truthful. He sold my company a very bad cart that cost me thousands. they changed the site over night. Watch out for this guy Joel. Bad Co. He does not make the carts he claims he does. another guy at www.hotdogcart.com sells the same carts.

bad quality-sharp edges-no warranty
I bought a cart from american dream last July. it is a piece of garbage. it started fire and there r sharp edges everywhere.
the cart joel sold me has only 2 sinks and i needed 3. after they got my money they will not help me.

"Ben Dog" the poster of this complaint...you are a faacken idioot, either it is you Ben from Ben Hot dogs or some puuussy trying to paste this (perhaps bogus) complaint on Ben himself either way, who ever you are, suck dog and choke on mustard, for Dream Makers are very customer oriented, courteous and polite.
Kudos to you people at DreamMakers, your site is awesome and your products are of fine quality and very sturdy.

There is some great news regarding auction item fraud- a nationwide company with over 1, 500 agents launches February First. They will go, in person, to verify an auction item for you to make sure it is legitimate and they will even take the item to UPS or Fed Ex to ship it to you! The company is called Wegolook.com and here is a general description of them:

Anybody can say anything on the internet. We welcome proof from the complainer, but we believe that this proof will never surface. Both of the complaints were made by the same person who offers no way for us to contact them directly. Please, just call us.
Our comprehensive owner’s manual and warranty book is over 50 pages and it thoroughly explains our carts and warranty. It comes standard with each cart. It details how to easily get assistance with any cart problem someone might encounter. Basically, just call us and WE WILL take care of you. We’ve been in business for twenty years, and never an anonymous complaint. What does that tell you?
As anyone can see, on the front of our website, our name reads DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts, formerly American Dream Hot Dog Carts. We are definitely NOT hiding a name change. It is plainly out in the open and the entire industry is aware of it.
Isn't it strange that Mr. Anonymous never asks for money or help to repair his cart? He just wants to complain about something that may have never even happened…
