Amazon - delivery service

On july 23, the delivery driver did not put van in part while delivering packages to neighbors. Van rolled back and hit daughter's parked car. Driver didn't have her license on her but gave the number. Exchanged information. She was later contacted by jeff wichman and strung along until we found out he was fired. I took her car in for estimates and sent those in. We ended up filing a claim with our insurance because we weren't getting anywhere with your insurance. Received in the mail today from my insurance that their investigation determined that you do not have insurance! I don't understand how such a large company could do this to customers. I've ordered from you before. I've called about this very incident and was passed off to three different people. I just want the car repaired by the company at fault. You better believe I will be posting this all over the internet and letting every person I know and meet what customer service you don't have and how this company could not be bothered to fix something their delivery driver caused.
