Always Sunny Solar review: Incentives offered were not delivered

We do not recommend using Always Sunny Solar, owner operator Brian R., partnered with Palmetto Solar,

Brian came by our house about a year ago August 22nd 2022, to talk to us about going Solar. Our FPL bill just kept going up $ and up $$ and up $$$, we thought it would be a good idea to get all the information about going solar. Brian was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He explained how the program worked, how the warranty works and what it covered, and how to go about receiving the tax credits offered, Brian also offered us incentives for going Solar with his company, that would be provided by Always Sunny Solar, Brian offered to pay our first year of solar, and our electric bill from the day we signed up, until the day our solar panels were up and running. There was a few permitting issues and rescheduling of inspections, that took quite a while to resolve. Brian came by one day this was late June 2023 said he was in the neighborhood with other clients and wanted to share some good news, that because all of the delays Palmetto was going to pay the 2nd year of our solar, first year was going to be paid by always sunny Solar, we finally got our system up and running on or about Aug. 15th 2023 So after being such a good communicator, even having Brian over for dinner one night. He stopped answering text messages or returning any of our phone calls. At first I truly thought something happened to him after having such a good experience leading up till this moment. But no, unfortunately till this day, he will not answer my phone calls or text messages about receiving our incentives that he offered us. Palmetto Solar was also very good at communicating and taking care of permitting and installation. But once I started asking questions and writing emails telling them what was going on with Brian. The project point person/ Customer lead Leslie C. wrote me back saying that she contacted Brian and that if he did not contact me by the end of day to let her know. Till this day, I have not heard back from Leslie C. or Brian R. What sucks is I'm stuck dealing with Palmetto Solar regarding my solar panels and warranties. What a terrible way to do business, and what a terrible experience with both companies. Always Sunny Solar x Palmetto Solar.
