Horrible Workplace
This is to explain what Alsayegh Media really is, that is very different from its good image that it tries to show so much. It has a very bad work environment, which is proved by the rocket high turnover of 10 people each month, when there are only 60 employees in the company. The management does not follow company policies including work hours, being respectful (racial and sexual comments are common), employees are blamed for managers mistakes and get away with it, are examples. The owner of the company makes the HR speak to employees very rudely and disrespectfully to scare employees who cannot leave the company because of salary. If there is anything to learn and experience in this company; that is how to never do any practices this company follows. Employees are miserable and those who have dignity and have where to go, leave as soon as they can.

Fake Promises to Clients
The turnover and no organisation in Alsayegh Media leaves projects to drag on forever without being completed on time which leaves many unhappy clients. The clients the company gets are mostly from the government, because the owner is friends with them, not because the company is great. Social media buys likes and lies to clients. Employees are pulled into meetings with clients just for the image, many have nothing to do with the client account or department is just for example.

The haters will hate! I'm sure the relitively new Company is committed to sorting out it's issues"if any", , , and comments like these are never productive, , the information is very generic and there's no detail.
I'm sure you've well moved on to hating the next generic issue.
