Hi. I'm Eunice V. Macatlang, a former Customer Service Representative of Verizon Prepaid, from Alorica Philippines, Centris site. I was hired last July 27, 2020 for wave 155. However, I separated with Alorica last October 1, 2020. I am writing for Verizon's awareness regarding how Alorica treats their employees, as I know that this kind of unprofessionalism does not embody Verizon's virtues. I would also be filing a proper complaint to our courts regarding this matter. Alorica has not given me my salary for the month of September, and also, Alorica has been delaying the processing of credentials that I need to seek new employment. I have been keeping in touch with our team manager, Raymond De Vera, as it is his duty to coordinate with his former agents, regarding these matters. However, he has been negligent and I no longer have the resources to keep going back and forth to our company's site, due to the pandemic. I also disclosed my situation to Kyle Philip Turla Fino, my manager's supervisor, but all he did was misinform me by telling me that I would be getting the wages owed along with my final 30 days after i process my clearance. I was able to comply with the clearance requirement last October 8, 2020, personally, with Kyle already. I was also told that deductions from my salary were made for the purpose of contributions to the government (SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth). I already confirmed with the related government agencies that this was false, as no contributions from Alorica were ever made. Alorica Centris Philippines' inefficiency are causing the inefficiency of their employees, who handles Verizon's customers, which I think is unfair, because Verizon is paying good money so that their customers get the service they deserve. Also not only are they stealing from us, they are also stealing from Verizon, and putting Alorica's name in a bad light.
