The owner kept calling and texting to try to get your business. He would promise all these types of things to put in the tiny home. His sign out side says something completely different than what comes out of his mouth. As a person that has build homes and done several Remoldel’s, you never give all the money upfront that he was requesting. He seems to be quiet a scammer. He would Consistently try to get you to sign a contract that had nothing in it that you had verbally agreed on. I would be very cautious doing any business at all with this man. He lies and changes his story even though it was confirmed by three people present. I usually would never make a complaint about a business or an owner of a business. In this case I feel it is warranted and that I have lived on Maui for over 48 years and I would not want anyone that lives here to be scammed by this man. Even after we walked out and said we would not do business with him he continued to keep texting, Trying to scam another deal.
Desired outcome: Trying to scam another deal. To make people aware that this is not a reputable businessman.
No I would never be a customer I watched how you treat them. Valerie is one the older couple you kicked out because 10,000 was not good enough for 3 days until they had their full financing. cops had to be called when you refused to pay Dave the man who installed your air conditioning in you model homes when you where located by Jack in the box. Just be careful as you see how he acts in his responses.
Just ask for customers who live in his homes currently or go to Pukalani behind mcdondalds all of his homes he sold there the customers had to hire outside help to fix their homes joey was trespassed for harassment anyone can stop by and speak to them. Joey's customers will tell you themselves. I don't have to prove anything I don't loose anything. The previous response sums up his character..just be careful.
I went to this ladies house and she was totally insane had her children tied to a tree. Completely outrageous I tried to leave after telling her to untie her children and she got violent.
She has reported on many innocent businesses all over the United States including Las Vegas where I received a call from a hair dresser where she manipulated a free hair cut by threatening to bully her online and did so any way even after the free hair cut.
I have a long list of unhappy customers if anyone wants referrals for John (Joey) MacDonald at aloha tiny hales. He filed false tpo report on me I took it to court and he lost horribly. Now there are transcripts from the court of his lies. I also have video of hi. Attacking someone in the lowes parking lot. He also sent me text after filing a tpo telling me how cute I looked at court.
This is aaa tiny homes james Allen Bruggeman and his donkey looking girlfriend Tennile Chappa. James having spent over 10 years of his life in prison and stealing from people to get where he is has no right to comment on my integrity. James has at least 3 felonies for fraud in orange county California. Trust this James guy you better not. As for my 3 or 4 unsatisfied customers out of 15000 over 8 years hear on Maui I think that is a great track record.

I have worked with this company in the past over 5 time in the last 3 years and its always been a great experience. It's hurtful to see online trolls lie about such a honest company.
