Throughout 5 years of a car loan Ally has incompetent people working for them that don’t understand English. I make a payment online and I get an error saying you have already scheduled a payment this day pick another day which tells me my payment has processed to find out later I get hit with 30 day late. Try to pay the next month same thing. Says call them if you have issues, spend 45 min on the phone and they say yes it’s processing but they refuse to email conf#
