The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem. In my subdivision, the houses are built on the side property line. So to see the east side of my house, I have to go into my neighbors backyard. That side of my house has a huge crack running half the length of the house. Allied refuses to come back out. The receptionist is incredibly rude and will not schedule a technician to come out again. I can't even get an appointment for them to come out and make the adjustments to the pier that are covered in my warranty. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a frustration. Do not trust your home to Allied.

Who puts 18 piers on a 1100 sq. ft. home and does not put any on the back side of the house. Map what map you did not give us a map. I should have looked you up on the BBB prior to letting you do work, then I would have seen the 19 complaints, now will be 20. Gave your name to several of people I know, because of your low cost. I will now have to contact these people so they can check the back side of their homes. Shame on me. I see how the scam works, no piers in the back and then you have to call them out and then they want to charge you more. Remember business make money by word of mouth. If I need piers in the back of the house years ago when I hired you, why did not your so called "Professionals" state that

Had them out today to do some warranty work and as expected they did a great job. However they broke the water main and spent well over an hour trying to repair it. I became concerned an contacted the corp office. Was told a manager will call you right back. That was 3 hours ago. Not very happy with the level of customer service they provide especially for what I consider a pretty serious problem. They eventually got it fixed but for how long who knows.

Do you have to call to transfer the warranty to your name? I was under the impression that it needed to be done but when I called, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about...
