Hello,
I am Anil Solankey from Indore, I was working with a company named Allied Digital Services Ltd. since August 16, 2011 to December 23, 2012. Allied placed me in Punjab National Bank Circle Office Indore, M.P. As Customer Support Engineer. I worked there well and give my 100%. Once allied paid my one moth salary then after it start to say that you'll get salary once we get payment from your circle office which I made every month from PNB. then I asked allied for my salary they said let us get payment from all PNB circle office over India. It took 4 month and still I didn't get my salary then I started to do mail to Chairmen and wise president of Allied they also tell me you'll get it don't worry. All other 85 engineers were also trying for getting salary from allied but Allied started to terminate us, I was also terminated on December 23, 2012 by HR Ms. Deepti Kadam. I have attached my ID Card and termination letter here. It's May 23, 2012 and yet I didn't get my salary from Allied Digital Services Ltd. I am coordinating with HR every week she newer reply any of my mail when I call her she tell me It's in process.
Please help me and all other engineers for getting our salary.

Respected Sir, This an information to employees who are all going to attend the interview or willing to join in this company. I have worked in this company as a Installation Engineer for DELL as a client for two months still now i have not received my salary, they will not issue proper salary and bank statements and even the documents produced by them is also a fake. Please be careful about such company and aware of it.
Totally fraud company is allied digital, they can not give salary on time also not paying pf, chor hai saali company, they are not submitting pf in pf office, not paying pl cl, reporting manager dont have knowledge, saale jhadu lagane ke layak hai reporting managers, work culture is so poor, not time management, gadhe hai, their hr dipti kadam is not reply employees queries, pls dont join this company
They are bankrupt. Last news I heard about the company was, their accounts have been freezed by Service Tax Dept. They cut P.F. from your salary but don't deposit the same in your P.F. account. I have been working for 6 months now and not a single time I have been paid my salary. I am regretting my decision to join this company and looking forward to change it asap.
Hi guys after reading all of your comments I have been quite shocked .On-time payments was an issue for 3-4 months as company for that particular period of time as it was recovering from a hiccup. But now they have transformed their services and management and the working environment is much better.
Onsite opportunity is more than any other company. Better job security if compared to other companies. Choose a right path where u can travel as a right person. Due to economic crisis all the companies had to cut down on expenses.
Indian MNC with no values and future, share price ( ADSL BSE: 532875) going down day by day. US/UK operations and Singapur business start sinking.
